If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Returning an item(s) is valid within 14 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition received.
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging.
- Item(s) must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
You can either create a return request or call our customer care hotline on 16678 to create one for you. Once you/they do, you will receive a confirmation email.

Next, our courier will contact you to pick up your item(s) free of charge

Refunds

Once we receive your item(s), we will notify you through email or phone that we have received your returned item(s).
We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).
If your return is approved, in case you have paid using a credit card, we will initiate a refund to the credit card you used. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Cash on delivery payment will be refunded as store credit that could be used with your upcoming transaction

Non-refundable Products

According to our returns & exchanges policy, the below products cannot be returned or refunded
due to hygiene reasons to ensure the safety of Egyfrance’s customers:

– Underwear

– Lingerie

– Corsets
